DMCA Policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026

Note: This page is a general template describing a standard DMCA notice-and-takedown process. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer for any specific jurisdiction. Independent legal review is recommended, along with registering a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office.

IPTV List publishes its channel list and prices openly. We apply the same openness to copyright: here is exactly how to report a concern and what we do with it.

Items on our channel list

If your concern relates to an entry on our published list — a channel name, logo, or description — quote the entry exactly as it appears, along with the page URL. That lets us find it straight away.

Checklist for rights holders

Before sending, run through this list. Each item is required by section 512(c)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act:

  • ☐ Signature of the owner or authorized agent (physical or electronic)
  • ☐ Description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • ☐ Precise location of the material — URL, page, channel name, or title
  • ☐ Your name, postal address, phone number, and email address
  • ☐ Good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized
  • ☐ Statement of accuracy and authority, made under penalty of perjury

How to reach our copyright contact

Email is the fastest route: support@iptvlist.store. Please put "DMCA Takedown" in the subject and include the full notice in the body of the email rather than only as an attachment, so nothing is missed.

What happens after we receive a notice

We review every complete notice promptly. If it is valid, we remove or disable access to the identified material and, where possible, let the affected user know so they have the opportunity to respond.

Counter-notices

A counter-notice is the formal way to challenge a takedown. It must identify the removed material and where it was, include your contact details and signature, state under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and include your consent to federal court jurisdiction and to accept service from the complainant.

We send a copy to the original complainant. If no court action is reported to us within 10 business days, the material may be put back within 10 to 14 business days.

Please don't send false claims

Section 512(f) of the DMCA makes people who knowingly misrepresent infringement (or mistaken removal) liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Fair use and licensed use are not infringement, so please consider them before filing.

Account termination

We keep a record of valid notices. Where an account is repeatedly associated with infringement, we may terminate it in appropriate circumstances.
